1. When Can I see the Property-
Once you have completed the “Application to View our Rental Properties” found under the “Rental Information” tab you may contact the office at 520-723-4483 or email us at email@example.com to schedule a showing with the Listing Agent. You can also can pick up an application at our office at 627 N Arizona Blvd Suite D Coolidge, AZ 85128.
2. Do you have an application fee?
No, but you do have to complete a quick application to view any properties. The “Application to View our Rental Properties” can found under the “Rental Information” tab or you can pick up an application at our office located at 627 N Arizona Blvd Suite D ,Coolidge AZ 85128.
3. Where can I get an application?
To view any of our rental properties please complete the “Application to View our Rental Properties” found under the AAR Rental Information tab.
Once you have completed the “Application to View our Rental Properties” the listing agent will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment. If you have not been contacted with 48 hours please follow up with us ASAP. You may contact the office at 520-723-4483 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a showing with the Listing Agent
**Once you have met with the Listing Manager and viewed the property and you wish to proceed you will be instructed to complete the AAR Occupancy Application. You can find this form under the “Rental Information“ tab on our website- “AAR Occupancy Application” You will need to download the application and complete it. Please READ the directions on the first page. You can also pick up the application at our office. We are located at 627 N Arizona Blvd Suite D Coolidge, AZ 85128. Owners may collect multiple application prior to making a decision on whom the owner feels is the best applicant for their property.
4. What are the deposits/fees for a rental?
- Security Deposit is Same as the monthly rent.
- Cleaning Deposit is 1/2 the monthly rent.
- Credit Check Fee $15.00 (If required by the Landlord) You do not have to pay this fee until the landlord has approved your application pending the credit check. The Listing Manage will instruct if it is required.
- Sewer/Trash – A fee of $42 will be added to the monthly rent for your sewer and trash.
For example: If the monthly rent is $1200 the security deposit is $1200 and the cleaning deposit is $600 plus $42 for your sewer and trash- Estimated Move In Costs at the first of the month $3042
5. Are the deposits/fees refundable?
The security deposit and Cleaning deposit are refundable if you leave the house clean and in the same or better condition then when you moved in.
6. How many bedrooms/ baths/ what is the rent?
All of this information can be found on our website under the “Rental Information” Tab- “View Our Available Rentals”
7. Do you accept Section 8?
Currently none of our landlords are accepting the Section 8 program.
8. Do you allow pets?
Pets depend on the property owner/landlord. Pets may be allowed but it is a case by case basis.
