You will need to download the Pdf. form in order to complete the form or you can pick one up at our 627 N Arizona Blvd Suite D Coolidge, AZ 85128.
Please READ the directions on the first page of the AAR Occupancy Application.
Once completed, your application will be turned into the Landlord for the house you are choosing.
PLEASE NOTE: RE/MAX A Bar Z Realty is NOT a property management company. We DO NOT make the decision on who occupies the Property, that decision is solely the choice and selection of the Owner(s). The Owner(s) selection process may take from 1-2 days to a full month. RE/MAX A Bar Z Realty does not control that process. Once a lease is in place, you will work directly with your landlord on any questions, concerns or repairs for the property. Owners may collect multiple applications prior to making a decision on who is the best applicant for their property, the listing agent does not have any control over this.
